Change the Date and Time of Your Booking

If your fare rule permits the change, simply retrieve your reservation and follow these four easy steps:

Changes made at aircairo.com are subject to availability and your fare rules.

A 20% fee applies if a request for a refund of additional bags is made 48 hours before the flight.

Additional bag fees are non-refundable if requested within 48 hours of departure.

For all other changes, including destination, changes, booking for unaccompanied minors or in case that changes are not required for all passengers, please contact the nearest AIRCAIRO office, or contact our call center at +20(2)090072727.

If the flight is canceled by AIRCAIRO, the value of the additional services will be fully refunded.

All additional services are non-refundable.
