Please note that refund fees and cancellation policies apply once the ticket is issued. Please note that you can only request an online cancellation after 24 hours of issuance through our website or mobile app. Refund requests submitted via our website are valid only for tickets purchased through Air Cairo channels (website, mobile app, or call center). For tickets purchased through a travel agent, please contact the agency directly to complete the refund process.
